On November 26, the air separation project of Bohai Power Plant of China Resources Power held a groundbreaking ceremony at the production base.

On November 15, the Rural Revitalization Demonstration Zone in Chibi City, Hubei Province, hosted a groundbreaking ceremony for the first batch of project construction. The leaders of Xianning and Chibi cities, as well as heads of China Resources Power in the Central China Region, all observed the project's commencement.
